Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days.  If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You may exchange the product with a new one or ask for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Without a receipt you may receive a store credit.
• No returns on seasonal items or items on sale.
• We will not refund a product if it doesn't meet these conditions

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  You will receive the refund within a few days depending upon mail service or your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
